*From Fall to Spring, Missouri is on Central Standard Time (CST), but from Spring to Fall, Missouri switches to Central Daylight Time (CDT). Since 2007, Daylight Savings Time in the U.S. begins at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and ends at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November.
