PIPKINS 2017 USER GROUP CONFERENCE (“Conference”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Payment
    1. Once a registration is submitted it becomes binding and fees are due and payable according to the terms herein.
    2. If you cancel the registration, or do not attend the conference, the registration fees as dictated by the cancellation policy below remain due and are nonrefundable. Early-bird discount pricing applies only when registration fees are received in full by Pipkins, not based on the date of registration. If an attendee registers early, but pays after the early-bird deadline the next tier of registration pricing will apply. Pipkins reserves the right to reject any registration not in compliance with conference eligibility requirements. Pipkins will only refund registration fees as the cancellation policy listed below dictates for any rejected registrations based on the date of rejections.
    3. All fees payable in U.S. Dollars.
    4. Payments by Check
      1. Payments by check must be received prior to the prevailing rate cut-off date for the amount being paid. If you are paying by check, the registration web server will generate confirmation receipt that MUST be printed and sent with the check (payable to “Pipkins, Inc.” in U.S. funds). If you are paying for multiple registrants, please include a copy of each confirmation receipt. Mail payments to:

  1. Cancellations
    1. 50% refund – up until July 31, 2017
    2. NO refunds are given for cancellations received after July 31, 2017. Such payments received by Pipkins shall be considered consideration for the time, materials, and expenses that Pipkins has and will incur in preparation, preparing for, and execution of the Conference.

 All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pipkins by the above dates, either by mail or e-mail to usergroup@pipkins.com.

  1. Admittance In Pipkins sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other Attendees.
  2. Substitutions Substitutions for paid registrants may be completed by submitting the substitution in writing to Pipkins either by mail or e-mail to usergroup@pipkins.com.
  3. Information shared with Attendees. Attendees receive an attendee contact list (includes name, e-mail address, company, and phone number) once post conference as part of their participation. By completing a conference registration, Attendees automatically opt-in-to this. Attendees also consent to receive future information from Pipkins including marketing materials, newsletters, information about Pipkins products, and other promotional material. To request that we remove your name form future print mailings, send a written request, specifying the name, company name and address you are requesting to have removed from the mailing list, to:

  1. Photography and Videography Notice. Photographers and video technicians will be present. By virtue of attendance at the Conference, the registrant consents to and authorizes the use of their image and voice on video or in photographs by Pipkins. This includes any reproduction of the image(s) in any media whatsoever by Pipkins, in connection with Pipkins promotion of the program, materials and Pipkins services.
  2. Speakers and Sponsors. The views expressed by any Conference Attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of Pipkins. All Conference Attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.
