Scheduling System
It begins with a scheduling system – fixed schedules or flexible. The scheduling system allows for employees to request time off or just trade shifts. We allow for supervisors to approve these requests without going through the hassle of finding replacements – that’s what we do. Our 6.0 system searches for employees wishing to trade their shifts and sends notification to them that such a shift is open. We manage give-a-ways – when the employee is not wanting to trade shifts. We manage trades – where employees do want to work but at a better time. Shift bidding is made easier with Pipkins too. Don’t worry about overtime resulting from shift trading – we watch out for that as well. Now doesn’t that make your job easier?
Time Clock – Task Tracker
We can connect our time clock (Task tracker) to your choice of payroll system for reliable time and attendance measurements. The Task Tracker will allow HR to see exactly what each employee is doing in the course of their day including breaks, lunches, and meetings. The Task Tracker can also provide detail for billing or movement of projects. Breathing easier?
Absence Manager
Our Absence Manager can keep track of PTO, vacation, sick time, FMLA, LOA, bereavement, and any type of absences you need to follow. HR need only look at the screen to see what everyone in the company is doing, which employees are absent and why, and whether your staffing levels need to be modified. The Absence Manager lets HR know when someone is eligible for FMLA, PTO, and other forms of time off. Our accrual system keeps this information updated so you don’t have to – one less thing for you to worry about!
