Focused 6.0 Development
SWIFTPIK:
Swiftpik is currently being redesigned to function as a stand alone application. The new and improved Swiftpik will launch from our new Web Network environment which will utilize our new Identity Server. Initial coding and testing by our developers is complete and soon we will be moving forward with unit testing from our QA team with anticipation of the new Swiftpik being released with Web Network.
Schedule confirmation
In the new Swiftpik, agents will be able to confirm or dispute their hours worked with simple actions. They can confirm a day or an entire week with the click of a button. The image below is just one option the Agents will have to view their work hours and confirm their hours for payment processing. This functionality is coded and ready for testing.
Absence Manager
Previously know as Vacation Planner, the new Absence Manager within Swiftpik will provide four ways for an Agent to view, manage and make absence planning requests. They can choose from a Year View (pictured here on the left), a Month View, a Week (Schedule) View or a Day View.
Different types of absences can be configured. You can record PTO days, leave of absence, sick days, FTO days and even ‘paw’ternity if your company offers it. This feature is currently in testing with our QA team.
Month & Day View tabs
The new Swiftpik will feature four unique views – the weekly (Schedule) view that our current Swiftpik uses and now along with the Year View mentioned above with Absence Manger there will also be Month and Day View options to view your schedule, make requests and accomplish other tasks. Many of the different views allow for customization of many of the status color options and other items such as time intervals and date formats to fit your needs.
Agent availability
Multiple customers have requested the ability for Agents to set their hours of availability and now they can. This new feature in Swiftpik will allow agents to post their availability for a day, a week and even months in advance. There is an optional minimum and maximum scheduled hours feature as well. This functionality is coded and ready for testing.
Exchanges
In the new Swiftpik it is now easier than ever to make a request for exchanging vacation or other absence days. This can be accomplished in the new year view with a couple of clicks or if the exchange is a little more complex you can use the new exchange window as pictured on the left to make exchanges. The example here shows exchanging one 8 hour FTO day for two 4 hour FTO days. This feature is also coded and in the hands of our QA testing team.
Developers are continuing work on Trades and Giveaways – with only a fourth of development left before progressing to the testing stage. Look for an update in our next newsletter.
Upgrades to 5.43 have been happening on a steady base. We currently have 10% of the customers completed. Our team will contact you to get you scheduled.
