At Pipkins, we understand that every business has unique needs that drive their decision when choosing a workforce management software platform. And while watching a video or reading about the platform can perk your curiosity, it can never truly display the full functionality of a WFM software suite in the context of any given business.
That is why Pipkins chooses to go the extra mile by providing tailored product demos for each of our prospective clients. Our process is designed to provide general knowledge of our software platform while also addressing key requirements pertaining to a prospect’s specific needs.
To sort this structure, Pipkins breaks down demos into three types:
- Introduction
- Focused
- Deep-Dive
Step One: Pipkins WFM Introduction Demo
The Introduction Demo is a one-hour exhibition that is typically the very first session we provide to interested clients. We start with a summary presentation and brief ROI analysis, during which you are encouraged to ask questions and detail any points of interest.
Following this, our engineers will walk you through the basics of functionality of the software’s backend. For added realism, we also include real-time ACD simulation to allow the display of live details, such as call center monitoring and adherence tracking.
Step Two: Workforce Management Focused Demo
After concluding the Introduction Demo, you can schedule an additional demo where you can ask more specific questions, get system requirements, and request input from your agent-level employees.
The Pipkins WFM Focused Demo allows you to design and control a purely functional demonstration of key components of the product in a way that addresses your unique needs.
A Workforce Management Focused Demo will usually go into more depth about the back-office and time management software from the perspective of a supervisor or agent, as well as cover additional opportunities for data fusion.
It is not uncommon to request multiple WFM Focused Demos to present the impact of Pipkins to different agencies of your company, such as HR and IT.
Step Three: Pipkins WFM Deep-Dive
A Deep Dive Demo is a more intense version of the Focused Demo. In a Deep Dive, Pipkins can explore advanced topics with you, including:
- HRIS integration
- API feeds
- Advanced user methods
- Customization options
The Deep Dive Demo is not required, but many find them useful for gathering more detailed technical information. Pipkins understands that exploring workforce management software options can be a long and involved process. It is our goal to make your experience as easy and simple as possible.
We achieve this by minimizing the flashy sales practices used by competitors and keeping our demos practical so you can make the right decision on your WFM Platform.
Pipkins is confident that functionality drives decisions, which is why we invite you to join us to see our product in action.
