Minimum Hardware Requirements


The following minimum recommended hardware specifications are for our Vantage Point product. For specifications for any of our other products refer to the individual product pages for the desired product.

Workforce Management Client Workstation:

  • Pentium II, 300Mhz
  • 128 MB RAM
  • 400 MB available disk space
  • Super VGA 1024 x 768 or higher resolution monitor
  • Network Card
  • Windows 9x,200x,XP, or NT 4.0 (service pack 5 or higher)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) for web products

    (For improved client performance, Pentium 450Mhz and 256 MB RAM)

Workforce Management Server:

Windows NT / 2000 / 2003 / 2008 Server

The server minimum requirements are computed based on the call center environment survey form.
