.Net Developer
Job Description:
Create and maintain Internet/Intranet/Executable applications for Workforce Management systems using ASP.Net/C# and other web technologies.
A qualified candidate should have the following experience:
- 1+ years of .NET programming with C#, ASP.Net, .Net 2.0, and Visual Studio 2005 or greater
- 3+ years of Web development with data driven web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- 1+ years experience with classic ASP (VBScript)
- 1+ years of Oracle experience (Stored procedures, queries)
General qualifications:
- Degree Preference: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Solid analytical skills in assessing functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Experience operating in a disciplined engineering environment.
- Able to solve a problem on his/her own by utilizing experience and other resources.
Workforce Management Consultant
Full time position for a workforce management consultant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years progressive project management experience with enterprise application software, preferably used in the call center industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Consultant on Best Practices review engagements on key accounts.
- Serve as liaison between End User and Development department.
- Analyze client’s current workforce management processes and make recommendations to management to modify those processes to realize the most value out of its workforce management application.
- Performing software upgrades as necessary.
- Travel ranging from 25% to 75%.
Qualifications:
- Project management professional having experience with Enterprise Application Project from installation through support (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, CRM, or workforce management software).
- Call center management experience in either a supervisory or analyst capacity.
- Strong Analytic Skills utilizing call center metrics.
- Experience with a workforce management scheduling application (Pipkins’ Vantage Point a plus).
- Working knowledge of all aspects of IT infrastructure – LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, security, communications.
- Proficiency in PC personal productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Application a plus.
- Training experience a plus.
- Must project professional image in all respects.
- Resourceful and independently motivated.
- Problem solving (as opposed to problem identification) mentality.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - both oral and written.
